Every order ships with full tracking, emailed to you as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

Why the shipping window? We ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses to keep prices roughly half of what salon-brand devices cost — the trade-off is a slightly longer ride to your door. We think your wallet will agree it's worth it.
Order didn't arrive? If your tracking hasn't moved for 10+ days or 30 days have passed since ordering, email support@auralux.shop — we'll reship or refund, your choice.
